ain't nothing wrong with being a lil gay

I’m writing this post because some people I know have taken it upon themselves to slag out against homosexuality and gay marriage – in front of me. There are a multitude of reasons as to why I was (and still am) very angry over the comments that were made today. Basically, it all boils down to the very notion that “gay people shouldn’t choose to be gay because that’s stupid and disgusting” (a direct quote from a certain someone this afternoon). Now, before I projectile vomit at the ridiculousness of that comment, I’d like to note that no, I’m not gay – nor does supporting same-sex marriage make me gay, just as much as supporting animal rights does not make me an animal. Being gay is something you CANNOT control or choose. If it were that simple, then wouldn’t gay people want to choose to be straight instead to save themselves from the barrage of shit that's consistently shoved in their faces?

The ensuing argument infuriated me quite a bit because there were a lot of points made about how homosexuality is somehow “against nature” and “biologically incorrect” and that our only purpose as humans is to procreate. If your argument is predicated on this archaic and quasi-scientific belief, then why is it legal for infertile/old people to wed?

It’s unconstitutional to create anti-gay marriage laws as they are established on tenets which, I might add, do not apply to Australia holistically. Just because I don’t like something, does not mean it should be illegal. Stigmatising someone as “disgusting” and “unnatural” because of their sexual orientation and denying them of their basic right to marry whoever they want is oppressive and immoral. I really don’t care what deity you believe in, or whether you’re an atheist – telling someone that their love is not okay purely because your God or “science” said so is completely medieval and sorta makes you a big asshole. What gave you the right to dictate who another human being falls in love with? If you’re legitimately threatened by homosexuality and fear that every gay person you encounter will hit on you, I’m sorry to inform you that they would never fall for a small-minded, bigoted piece of shit like yourself.

Honestly, who gives a flying piss about who another person loves/marries? As long as it’s consensual, I don’t see why people are still arguing over it. Love is a beautiful thing, so why are people fighting against it???

as soon as i came home, i saw this big ass envelope in the mailbox. i instantly thought, 'hmm, is that my report?! ;o', so i grabbed it out of the mailbox, it and yes it was! so i ran inside the house and read my report. im not very happy with my report :L the only A's i got were for PDHPE and visual arts. well at least i can improve for my yearly report! i wanna aim for an A for science, DAMN YOU MR ASANTE!

first day of the holidays!

i spent today playing good old pokemon emerald and spent many hours browsing the interweb for some zelda fanart and gifs. & omg! i wanna do the 30 day zelda challenge! :D

volunteering at zone athletics

to sum up today in three words,  IT WAS AWESOME.


so basically today jenny, atharva, selina, kim, brenda & i were helping out at the long jump event at zone athletics. it was pretty fun watching people compete. we were eating chips there even though we're not supposed to eat out on the field :L atharva brought cards, so we played uno, shithead, and bloody mary. i lost in one of the games for bloody mary, but instead of torture as a punishment i did a dare. my dare was to plank on the sand.


there was this one time when selina, jenny, atharva & i asked mrs clatworthy if we could have some coffee and i forgot what she said. so we went inside that box commentator place (sorry, i dont know what to call it :L), and quickly made coffee without any teachers noticing.   jenny didnt get a cup of coffee and atharva stole a cookie :L  my coffee was really milky. we were full laughing when we came out. we laughed so much that our coffee split everywhere, especially selina's coffee since it was filled all the way to the top :L


oh and also! there was this really pro kid named alec :L he's from our school and he's only 12 years old but managed to get an average of 5 metres for long jump whereas the other boys his age ranged from 2.8-3.5 metres. SOOO PRO!


afterwards when the long & triple jump events were over, atharva went home and brenda, kim, jenny & i went shopping at macsquare! we're gonna volunteer again tmrw, hopefully for high jump. im so excited :D

TODAY WAS SO FUN

in the morning, i met kim at woolies to buy food for our mini food party! LOL we 'only' bought two packet of chips, rice cakes, and skittles! got to school, found no one at the outdoor shelter. first period was PE, and luckily the S class joined D & F for prac! it was fun, but i wish i participated more. altogether, the only people from selective were me, kim, sylvia, julie, henry, danny, matthew, michael, jimmy, harris, lenny, alex, sachin, liam, and rickie. i think im missing one person from that list ;o sorry! :L oh now i remember, it was winston that i left out xD


3rd period was art and guess what? i was the only person in my class LOL at the start of the period, i stood outside the classroom for 5 minutes and then i saw ms keaton (whatever her name is :L) and i told her that the year 10's were having a pe excursion & that im the only one present in my class. then she said she'll fetch my teacher. after a while, i saw my art teacher walk very quickly right past me into the classroom! she didnt even notice me -.- after that she came back outside and asked herself, "where is my class?!" and i'm just like, "...here". being the only one in my class, i was allowed to do watever so i decided to go on my laptop and talk to kim through moodle :L


4th period was maths. kim & i played tutpup throught the lesson. i finally remember the pw for my beloved yellowfish696 account! 


and im not gonna describe the rest of the day because i really need to start my english assignment due tmrw! :L

funny story

My girlfriend invited me to her house. I found her sister alone in the house, she was unbelievably sexy and whispered in my ear, “I have feelings for you, shall we have sex?”, I immediately turned around and walked to the front door to go to my car. I found my girlfriend standing there, she hugged me and said: “You’ve won my trust”……. Moral of the story: always keep your condoms in the car.

anyway, what up people! so much for blogging moar huh. but i will TRY to blog more. ive just been thinking of incorporating meaningful posts into my blogging. as most of you dont know, i have a kitten. its a typical domestic shorthair breed and he looks like this:

 so, his name is hope. idk if my brother named him after hope from ff13 but theres a meaning behind his name. you see, some adoption centres kill sick pets after a while if no one wants them since its too expensive to keep them, as i am told. well, hope was going to be killed in 1 day since he was sick but then we decided to adopt him to save him. when he first arrived at my house, he was full scared and shy. he was hella sick and wouldnt eat food. then my brother kinda taught him how to eat food by putting cat food under his nose so he could sniff the scent. afterwards, he started eating like a pig. hope is still sick now and he keeps sneezing on me T_T he also bit my middle finger and it HURT LIKE A MOFO. apparently, some cats have rabies which is very dangerous if they bite you. but im pretty sure hope doesnt have rabies. i hope i dont get an infection but im too lazy to go to the doctors D: you can see the blood underneath the surface of my fingernail. out of all places, he had to bite my nail! :'(

moodle

everyone, add me on moodle! i feel so lonely because no one ever goes on moodle apart from a couple of people and i have no one to talk to when im feeling bored in class. so yea :D u better add me (and talk to me too!) or then i'll chop your head off! lol


anyway, today is wednesday (no shit), which is my favourite day of the week~ i love waking up on wednesday mornings and im actually motivated to do my work at school. these are the reasons why i love wednesdays:
-SPORT
-maths :D
-short periods
-english with mrs grimes! yay, no stinky ms peruzzo
-wearing sports uniform
-and thats it.

holidays!

ive spent the beginning of my holidays watching man vs wild & watching other random things. im not bored yet, as many other people seem to be bored of the holidays already. i have heapsss of things to do & im not sure if im ever gonna start my assignments :c

anyway, today for maths we got our test results back & i did so many silly mistakes such as:

also, since mr prasad is leaving our school, tyrone decided to hug him. he full hugged him for 5 minutes xD

in english, we had to do another SC english literacy practice test. i was like cbf doing the test so i decided to play run on my laptop. since i was on my laptop, fahim/atharva told me to search up the answers for the test and i got the answers and gave it to robert and then he gave the answers to fahim and atharva and then jenny got the answers from them LOL we're so smart.

sport was canceled today so we stayed inside the science lab and played cards! dominic, jenny, kim, gino and i played shithead & we formed 2 teams. the girl team & the guy team. syvlia was originally in the guy team but later backed out to do her work. playing shithead was quite funny cos our girl team was full owning the guy team haha :D we are so pro, right jenny and kim? xD

after that, we decided to play strip poker LOL tyrone and raymond g joined in. no one actually stripped LOL we only took off our bags, accessories, shoes and jumpers. and yeaa moar funny stuff happened but i forgot what happened xD

after school i got a mexican pie! finally :D it is nice to eat. good food for my skinny tummy. *ahem michael* after that i felt like an icypole so i bought one but then i didnt feel like eating it halfway through so i chucked it in the bin. wat a waste :'(

we caught the bus to the station, went on the train & brenda, kim and i got off at liverpool to hand in our volunteer application form for st vinnies. LOL before we were gonna hand it in, we had to fix up our forms so we kinda sat in front of vinnies filling in our application forms. i bet ppl thought we were weirdos. and tehn after that we went shopping at westfields. we also went to the new morning glory shop and i bought heaps of stuff since there was a 30% off opening sale :L

how was your day? the weather is nice today. i very srry cos idk wat to say ;_; but be happy cos i finally blogged :D

school has been raping me. i cant wait for week 11 :D i'll finally be free. but then! i still have commerce and science assignments to go :( will someone be kind enough to do my assignments for me? :3 pretty please with a cherry on top? :3

yesterday was the swimming carnival. it was actually boring but i dont regret going. when i came home i looked at my face and it was so sunburnt :L my legs and arms were too :c when i was in the shower washing off the number 140 on my arm, the texta came off but the numbers stayed on my arm LOL its cos i got sunburnt/tanned on my arm but the texta blocked the sun from tanning the numbers. it looks so cool LOL i shouldve put sunscreen on that day. my tan lines are even more visible now :L

anywayz, i had a dream that i was going up 1000000 stairs to this random place to line up for the canteen or something and this girl + guy pushed in front of me & i was like "wth are you doing?" then they got apeshit on me so i ran away from them. i ran for like agessss & then i came to school and saw some ppl there so i went there but unfortunately the two ppl who pushed in attacked me & they also attacked matthew who was there too for some reason LOL & he fell on the ground lying down & everyones like "omg bro, u ok?" but they didnt even notice me until someone said "hey how about linda, shes more injured" thanks for that :L

then after that i had another dream which was kinda connected to the first on. the same guy who attacked me was chasing me so i went to this shopping centre and went inside a toilet cubicle. it wasnt an ordinary toilet, it was a magic toilet LOL so i flushed the toilet and i was able to travel to some place in europe. everyone spoke some kind of weird language but luckily there was this lady who could speak english & she showed me her passport thingo and i saw that she had traveled to the suburb i live in :L then after that we went shopping and my uncle from hong kong decided to come along too LOL

on the 18-20 feb, im gonna try the 3DS out at parra. its gonna come out on march 31st and retails for $349.95. i only wanna get it cos of ocarina of time, persona, mario kart, ssf4, professor layton, star fox, metal gear solid, RE4, DoA, icarus, and more. but mannn, i wanna play ocarina of time the most. i heard that the water temple wont suck anymore xD

it sucks not being able to afford stuff :)

school has been exciting lately, my teachers are alright except i have stupid manks for VA & these mean-looking teachers for english. mann i want mr moller back for engrish :L

hmm i dont really know wut to blog about? LOL i just visited our blog and saw a few posts from jenny & kim so i was like, 'hey i wanna blog too! ><' haha so yeah xD anyway, im prob here to discuss some issues with my life instead of talking about my day. first of all, mario kart wii is so fun these days. im making new friends & i like it when i race with pros. atm, im almost pro. well iunno what i consider pro, but usually pro ppl have a vr of 9000+ & i have 9600vr but thats prob cos i always race with noobs LOL i think i need to put more time into playing mk so then i can do all of the expert shortcuts and stuff online.

secondly, sometimes i can get super super pissed at some people. they say thingz like, 'stop playing games, youre gonna be fat', 'fine whatever. go play games, thats the only thing youre good at', 'stop playing and clean something' or 'get a life'. gosh, some people really think i never do anything like study, exercise or do chores. they think they know what i do 24/7 and just cos they see me playing games or on the comp, doesnt mean that i was doing that previously for a prolonged time. ppl like that make me wanna punch them in the face. i actually dont play games that much. on school nights i usually play for a couple of hours and on weekends i play for a few hours or sometimes several if im hooked onto something. it makes me mad that ppl assume stuff and say offensive stuff when they dont know the real truth. you cant just tell someone to stop with their hobby or interest. stuff like that are a portion of your life that makes you happy. if someone has a weird interest, so what? let them be, unless it is actually dangerous or if they need help. also, i think its stupid to judge a person based on their cover. sure, you can kinda tell one's personality based on their outfit/hair but not entirely. i once knew someone who saw this girl & said '0mgz, lyk look at that girl. shes sooo ugly. i wouldnt wanna be her friend'.  actually, i dont know anyone like that LOL but you get the point right. who knows, she could be the funniest person alive. i could write an essay about this topic but its too hot and im tired so yeah xD i was meant to do a post on this like last year, but i guess i forgot ;p
